Shoreham Village Foundation proudly and actively supports Shoreham Village Home for Special Care. The Foundation conducts fundraising activities such as the annual "Swing for Shoreham" golf tournament and provides opportunities for various forms of giving, including charitable bequests, planned giving and memorial donations. Their funding assistance provides much needed supports to enhance the quality of life for our residents and to enable staff to provide excellence in care.
